Hello and welcome to Wolverine Hockey Hub, a blog about the University of Michigan hockey team. Here I will be sharing team news, game recaps, opinions, and any other thoughts and topics of discussion I may come up with. This blog is not affiliated with the University of Michigan, and all opinions are my own.
I am a lifelong fan of the team and wish them unlimited success. But don’t take that to mean that I can’t and won’t be critical of them. I’m not one of those delusional fans who thinks their team can do no wrong, or that the refs are out to get them. I can be both complimentary and critical. I strive to keep my analysis unbiased.
Aside from team news and team and player statistics, posts will be my thoughts and opinions. I’ve played hockey recreationally and watch hockey religiously, which means I’m basically an expert (kidding!). Whether you agree or disagree with me, I encourage you to stick around and join in the discussion.
Before the season starts, you can expect a few more posts that go over the roster and preview the season ahead. During the season, the plan is to post weekly after each series to break down the games and go over any other news from the week.
