- Record vs. Alaska Anchorage: 3-0-1
Michigan will be home this weekend for a rare matchup against Alaska Anchorage. The last time these teams met was in 2009 in Alaska. The Wolverines came away with a 6-1 victory. This will be the first time since 1990 that the Seawolves will visit Ann Arbor.
Michigan is coming off a strong start to the season, sweeping Bowling Green. Meanwhile, Alaska Anchorage suffered two losses last weekend at the hands of top-ranked Denver. Tough draw for them, playing the two highest-ranked teams in the country to start the season.
This is another week where Michigan is heavily favored to win, and I expect the Wolverines to finish the weekend with a 4-0 record.
Players to Watch

Michigan forwards Hage and Perron are coming off strong performances last weekend. Both players scored three goals and four assists, for seven points. I expect them to stay hot and continue producing against the Seawolves.
Ivankovic faced over 70 total shots last weekend and allowed just five goals. He should have no issues handling what Alaska Anchorage has to throw at him.
